# Private Patient Trust Radar — Submission Notes

## Primary demo video

Use this as the main hackathon demo video:

`video_output/dist/private_patient_trust_radar_agent_system_demo.mp4`

Runtime: ~2:51. 1920×1080. Grok Eve narration.

## Why this is the primary video

This is a demo of the agent system, not just a pitch. It shows:

1. The task assigned to Hermes: run a paid Trust Leak Audit.
2. The autonomous service loop: evidence → clustering → journey map → deliverables → economic artifact → reflection.
3. Public review/prospect evidence used as operating material.
4. A live local API run returning real output artifacts.
5. The generated trust leak map, SOP/report package, Stripe-style artifact, and agent reflection.
6. The requirement mapping: usefulness, viability, autonomy, transparency, and inspectable outputs.

## Short submission description

Private Patient Trust Radar is an autonomous Hermes service agency that turns public Google reviews for private hospitals and self-pay clinics into patient-conversion intelligence. The agent runs an end-to-end paid audit workflow: it loads public review evidence, clusters complaints by patient journey stage, generates a client-ready Trust Leak Audit with SOPs, response templates, FAQ fixes and a 30-day plan, creates a transparent Stripe test-mode payment artifact for a £1,500 package, and writes reflection/skill notes so the next audit improves.

## Transparency notes

- Public Google review snippets only.
- No private patient data.
- Not medical or legal advice.
- Stripe is represented by a transparent test-mode/fallback artifact unless a live Stripe Payment Link is configured.
- The local demo API was verified at `http://127.0.0.1:8797/api/run-audit`.

## Optional supporting video

The talking-head/pitch explainer is here:

`video_output/dist/private_patient_trust_radar_competition_talking_head_cut.mp4`

Use it only if the submission accepts extra supporting material. If only one video is allowed, submit the agent-system demo.
