- Added PDF export using ReportLab.
- Added a polished landing page for video/demo narration.
- Added Stripe test-mode fallback handling via STRIPE_PAYMENT_LINK_URL.

## Learned reusable pattern
The most common trust leak in this sample was **Aftercare / follow-up**. Future analyses should map every review to both a patient journey stage and an operational owner.
